Derek Wright
Derek Wright, born in Chicago and a graduate of East Aurora High School, is a FIBA-certified agent who has been licensed for over 10 years. He is also a former high school coach and played at Barstow College and Aurora University.
Derek holds a BA in Management and has coached AAU basketball in both Washington and California. He has also coached professionally in Europe. Derek is an integral part of the agency and is passionate about helping young players reach their full potential as they navigate life and grow into men.

Kyle Gibson
Kyle Gibson, from Los Angeles, CA, is an alumnus of Susan Miller Dorsey High School and Louisiana Tech University, where he lettered all four years of his college basketball career. He went on to play professionally for 13 seasons across seven countries, including Italy, France, Turkey, Poland, and Belgium.
After a successful career spanning over a decade, Kyle retired in 2023. He has since transitioned into becoming an NBA-certified agent and NIL consultant, dedicated to helping the next generation reach their goals both on and off the court.

Patrick Elzie
Patrick Elzie is from St. Louis, Missouri, and a 1979 graduate of Wentzville High School, where he served as team captain and led his team to a state championship final. He received an appointment to the United States Naval Academy for the 1979–1980 academic year, then went on to attend Holy Cross College from 1981–1984, where he was a senior team captain. He graduated with a BA in Economics and Business Management.
In 1984, Patrick played in the Rucker Park Summer League in New York City with the New York Knicks. He went on to have a 15-year professional playing career overseas in Germany and Sweden, followed by a 30-year coaching career across Germany, Cyprus, and the Middle East. He is a four-time Coach of the Year and has also served as a sports director, general manager, and scout.
